The Peak of American Society
February 1930. Salvatore and Giuseppe travel to Washington, D.C to try and smooth things over with congress. Puckett confronts them, telling them he knows that Miller and Costello died at the hands of them. Salvatore offers the finest bourbon, Puckett refuses. Franco is introduced to the shooting range by Lenny. New York City mayor Frank Livelli meets with Puckett to craft ideas on how to take down Salvatore.


The Antics of the Rinaldi Family
The Rinaldi Family rob a bar, but find half the NYPD coming out, Giovanna hires NYPD lieutenant Marcus Holstein to become the families spy.


The Incompetence of Local Police
NYPD raid the bar but Holstein tips them off and they manage to wheel away any illegal substances before they arrive. Puckett reprimands Livelli for the uselessness of his police. Puckett announces he will temporarily take control of the NYPD, and maybe New York City.


New Found Love
Lenny has found a new girl, and she is truly remarkable. However, Marla doesn’t approve of his gang life. Marco and Franco try to break them up. Meanwhile, NYPD begin doing illegal frisks, stop and searches and screening of any Italian man or woman in New York City. Local press begin reporting, and Salvatore begins marketing the Rinaldo bar as a safe haven for Italians.


Competition
Livelli and Puckett shift strategies. They attack one of Salvatore’s competitors. Salvatore sends Lenny and Giuseppe to try and save them but find massacred bodies. Livelli and Puckett begin setting up the saloon. Puckett praises Livelli and allows him to restart work as mayor.


A Lovely Dinner
Salvatore is stressed about the Livelli/Puckett saloon. Giovanna invites Marla over to dinner at the bar. Things go wrong when NYPD raid the bar. Salvatore, Marco and Lenny defend the bar, but Livelli and Puckett steak high grade liquor and bourbon, which they take back to their saloon. The 2 open the saloon, with long lines and happy customers. Marla is distraught after Lenny comes back with blood all over him

The Turning Tide
Franco goes behind his mother’s back to buy a pistol from a shady weapons dealer. The dealer sets him up, attempts to kill him but Franco kills him, steals the weapons and evades the NYPD. Salvatore reprimands him but Franco shows him the high calibre weapons and Salvatore changes mood. Meanwhile, David and Giuseppe do some advertising, continuing to upset the Livelli/Puckett business. The two return to city hall and come up a new idea. An idea to get.. closer to Salvatore


The Road to Reelection
1930 Midterms. Puckett is somewhat unpopular with the New York public. Needing a boost, Puckett goads Salvatore into attacking him, but Salvatore sends Marco and Lenny. Marco attempts to kill Puckett but Puckett survives and the NYPD swarm Marco and Lenny, who just survive. Puckett becomes deeply popular. Livelli reveals that one news corporation isn’t exactly, hyping Puckett up. Puckett personally goes to kill the reporter involved, but Salvatore and Giuseppe intervene. In the commotion, the NYPD rig the building and blow it up, the reporter dies but Salvatore and Giuseppe just escape. Livelli’s popularity steeply declines as the crime in New York continues to rise.


Who Lives, Who Dies, Who Tells Your Story
Election Day. Salvatore looks for buyers on the weapons Franco secured. Salvatore’s bar continues to get more people, as Puckett and Livelli’s bar goes bankrupt. News corporations around town reveal Puckett and Livelli’s association. Puckett is furious and orders suppression of the media by the NYPD. However, the NYPD refuse, and Holstein secretly alerts Salvatore to where the two are. Everyone but Franco storm city hall, with no NYPD, they manage to get through the building with ease. Puckett, seeing the public shift against him, abandons Livelli to go kill his opponent. Salvatore finds Livelli. Unpopular and alone, Livelli flees to find Puckett. Puckett kills his opponent, dumps his body but Livelli sees. Puckett kills Livelli and dumps his body. Salvatore arrives to see Livelli’s body, but Puckett is gone. Puckett is reelected, however his power has diminished and he has no control over NYC. The weapons deal is conducted, and the Rinaldi Family celebrate Livelli’s death.
