The Long Pour
The Rinaldi’s face their next threat: a media empire and an oil baron, who attempt to team up and take down the family, all while a New York congressman joins the fun

New Beginning’s
March 1929. David has recovered and the Rinaldo bar has been rebuilt. Giovanna continues to worry about Franco’s involvement with the family. Salvatore, meanwhile, reads about Costello’s interview with Miller. He sends Lenny and Giuseppe to go find Miller, but they end up finding Miller’s old business partner, William Casey. Casey entices them to start a working relationship, which Salvatore agrees to. Casey reveals George owns a secret distilling factory in Albany.
Out Of Our Jurisdiction
Salvatore takes David and Giuseppe to Albany to investigate the distilling factory. Lenny and Marco (+ Franco) are left to protect the business. The three arrive at Albany but find the distilling factory in disrepair. Then, they get ambushed by US Marshals, but manage to fight out of it and return to NYC. Meanwhile at NYC, Lenny and Marco are attacked at the bar by George’s thugs. Marco successfully kills most of them but Lenny is blindsided, but Franco manages to show up and save Lenny. Salvatore attempts to locate Casey but finds Casey is missing from the house.
Connections
David and Lenny look for Casey, and find him hiding out at a warehouse in Manhattan. Suddenly, they are ambushed by security guards who work for the Empire State News Corp. They manage to survive, then take Casey to be interrogated. Salvatore finds out that George owns 3 oil refineries around NYC. Salvatore, Lenny, Marco and Casey attack one and steal some of the refined oil. Salvatore orders Giuseppe and Franco to find buyers. Salvatore also finds letters addressed to George by congressman Alexander Puckett, revealing George sells both refined oil and alcohol to government officials off the books.
The Shrink
Giovanna takes Franco to a psychiatrist, where the results only deepen her worries. Rinaldo’s underground saloon is reopened, but Kentucky bourbon from the saloon is stolen. Salvatore tracks it down, alone, to a bootlegging tunnel associated with Miller. He steals back the bourbon, to little resistance, only to find the bourbon was poisoned. 6 people die, and Salvatore is completely devastated, as he and Giuseppe hide the bodies with the help of Casey.
A Deadly Secret
George Miller finds out about the poison incident, and attempts to find the bodies. David and Lenny are on protection. Salvatore continues losing his mind, and goes to visit the shrink with Franco. Giuseppe begins investigating how George find out, and becomes suspicious of Casey. NYPD are alerted to the bodies and overwhelm David and Lenny, who are forced to run. The bodies are dug up. Arthur Costello publishes a story implicating Salvatore in the murders.
And You, Brutus?
Salvatore and Giuseppe travel to one of the oil refineries owned by George. They kill George’s security and find Casey. Casey drives away in a car, while pursuited by Salvatore and Giuseppe. Casey runs his car off the road and engages in a shootout with the 2. Casey reveals he has been working with George this whole time. He warns them to “watch out for Giovanna”. The 2 rush home, to find the NYPD raiding their house, and Giovanna and Franco walking away in hand cuffs, while Arthur Costello attempts to interview them. The 2 return to the bar, where they make sure the other 3 are safe, as the 5 transform the bar into a safe house.
The Whole Deal
The remaining 5 plan on what to do. Lenny and Giuseppe sneak into ESNC’S headquarters and find the real alcohol distillery is being ignored by the NYPD In exchange for some of the cold brews. The infiltrate Costello’s office and find the distillery’s location in Rochester. The two go up to Rochester themselves, but find half the RPD on their way in. They manage to shoot their way into the distillery, stealing the bourbon. The remaining bourbon is used to ignite the place. The two then lure the rest of the Rochester police department into the distillery, and ignite the bourbon. The two drive away as the distillery is blown to pieces. George Miller watches from over the hill, amused, and totally unfazed he just witnessed the deaths of hundreds of police and thugs.
Hunted Down
A particularly brutal thunderstorm sets over NYC. Salvatore, still worrying over Giovanna and Franco decides to hunt down Casey. Salvatore goes alone, and faces the wrath of the NYPD, brutalising his way into the sheriff’s office, where he finds Casey’s address. He turns up, kills his security detail and confronts Casey. Suddenly, an explosion outside draws the attention of Salvatore, as Casey runs. A chase across NYC ensues. NYPD intervene, as Casey runs to congressman Puckett’s house. Puckett attempts to reason with Casey, but Casey holds Puckett at gunpoint. George arrives and attempts to reason with Casey. Realising it can’t be done, he instructs Casey to kill Puckett, then leaves. Salvatore shoots Casey, saves Puckett. Puckett, furious, decides to cut ties with George and offers to work with Salvatore. Salvatore agrees.
Reunited At Last
Puckett instructs the government that they are cutting ties with George Miller, and they will only be getting bourbon from Salvatore Rinaldo. Ohio congressman Dennis Ramsey takes an exception to this. Puckett meets with Salvatore and believes he can get a deal to get Franco and Giovanna out of jail, if Salvatore can deal with Ramsey. Puckett reveals that, along with working Miller, is pushing civic reform, something Puckett is wholly against. Salvatore, Marco and Lenny fly to Ohio, and meet Ramsey at his ranch. Salvatore kills Ramsey, and they head back to New York. However, Salvatore was sloppy and left evidence, meaning they are now wanted by the Ohio police department. Costello, meanwhile, meets with Miller and warns Miller their operation is slowly becoming more dangerous. Costello wants a way out, Miller “agrees”. However, Miller kills several of Costello’s reporters on the way out. Giovanna and Franco are released from jail.
Revenge In Many Forms
Franco has seemingly lost his mind, so Salvatore takes him fishing. Costello, believing Salvatore to be behind the murders of his reporters, brings his henchmen to the beach, a shootout develops, Salvatore is overwhelmed but Franco comes to his defence, ruthlessly killing tens of men. Salvatore begins to develop similar worries to giovanna. David and Lenny sign a contract with Puckett which involves a huge government party for the next Saturday.
End of Year Party
November 1929. Congress end of year party. The Rinaldo’s serve the bourbon. Arthur Costello begins a smear campaign, claiming the rinaldo’s killed his reporters and that it’s open war on the streets of New York. Puckett is worried, and orders Marco and Giuseppe to keep watch at the party. The party, of course goes awry, when a Pennsylvania congressman is shot, and suddenly miller’s henchman storm the building. A gunfight begins, casualties are taken and Puckett is left for dead
Play The Blame Game
The final confrontation. Puckett is hospitalised after being shot in the prior episode. Costello is informed by NYPD that they believe miller killed his reporters. Costello confronts miller, miller kills Costello and announces he is taking over Costello’s empire. Salvatore hears miller has taken over ESNC’s headquarters and sends Marco & Lenny over there. Marco and Lenny fight their way in, confront Miller and kill him. They then frame it as a suicide, and blow up the building. Puckett reads about what has happened, and curses Salvatore.
