As patients continue to pour in, including a local prison inmate, Robby and Langdon must work together to save a beloved patient.

As the team deals with a loss, Al-Hashimi and Robby continue to clash over the best course of treatment for a patient showing signs of malnutrition.

As the night shift begins, Mohan's AMA patient is brought back to the ER, Langdon doubts his place in the Pitt, and Robby gets Duke's results.

After his bike takes a hit in the ambulance bay, Robby levels with Duke. A spinal cord injury forces Langdon to attempt a risky procedure.

Al-Hashimi reveals details from her medical history, forcing Robby to face an ethical dilemma as he prepares to leave for his sabbatical.
