Taylor Swift’s ‘folklore’ album gets a Disney+ special

In folklore, Taylor Swift’s latest album, collaborations with Aaron Dessner, Jack Antonoff, and Justin Vernon fueled, as Mashable’s Erin Strecker wrote, a fusion of “folk and indie and country thrills … that honors her past but moves her oeuvre forward in special ways.”

In a new documentary coming to Disney+ this week, fans will get to see how the magic actually happened as the four hunkered down in New York’s idyllic Hudson Valley to create together in the midst of a global pandemic. “It’s an album that allows you to feel your feelings, and it’s a product of isolation,” Swift explains in the trailer.
